R.A.R.E. Support Network
Meet Hope
Hope Hill is the Founder and CEO of Working with Hope, Inc. (WWH), a 501(c)(3) organization she created to support people affected by chronic invisible illnesses and trauma. Living with a rare neurological autoimmune disorder herself, Hope understands the challenges firsthand. Her mission is to bridge the gap between mental and physical health, giving hope to those who have lost hope for a cure.
To achieve this, she established the R.A.R.E. Support Network that supports the R.A.R.E. Fund. These programs connect individuals to free or low-cost mental and physical health services.
Raising Awareness and Inspiring Hope Through initiatives like awareness campaigns, partnerships, and events such as the Rock the Lake concert, WWH spreads the message that we can change the narrative surrounding invisible illnesses. Every effort reinforces Hope’s commitment to empowering individuals to heal and thrive, no matter their challenges.
With WWH, Hope Hill is creating a future where hope for a cure is within reach, and every person impacted by trauma and chronic illness can find the support they deserve.
