What is the R.A.R.E. Support Network (RSN)?
The RSN is a network designed to connect healthcare providers, businesses, and individuals to support those with chronic invisible illnesses. It fosters open communication, return on investment, and collaborative efforts to find a cure for the chronic illness epidemic.
How can I join RSN as a Provider?
To become a provider in the R.A.R.E. Support Network, simply apply through our online intake process. Once your application is reviewed and approved, you’ll be listed in our provider directory, allowing future patients to find and contact you directly. Additionally, we’ll schedule an onboarding call to walk you through the process and ensure a smooth transition.
What are the benefits of joining RSN?
1. Expand Your Patient Base
- Access to a growing network of individuals actively seeking healthcare and mental health services for chronic invisible illnesses.
2. Support your Community
- Align your practice with a network committed to bridging the gap between mental and physical health and ending the chronic illness epidemic.
3. Flexible Program Participation
- Develop your own R.A.R.E. Program, offering discounted services (minimum 40% discount) and/or free services through a give-back system (e.g., for every 10 paid services, 1 is donated).
- Apply for R.A.R.E. Funds for your program. (no fees/costs)

Electronic Reports

At the Time of Service
- Providers must submit an electronic report immediately upon delivering a service funded or discounted through the R.A.R.E. Fund.

End-of-Month Reporting
- A consolidated electronic report is required at the close of each month. This report ensures comprehensive documentation of all services rendered within the reporting period.
