My work is rooted in the connection between mental and physical health and in the belief that healing happens through connection, compassion, and community.
Today, through the Power of 100 Women, I am building R.A.R.E. Support Networks within communities—bringing women, providers, businesses, nonprofits, and community partners together to support women rebuilding their lives after domestic violence and sexual assault.
At the heart of everything I do is a simple daily practice: culturing unconditional love—for ourselves, for one another, and for the communities we are creating together.
