Women’s Peer to Peer Support Group

If you're living with the effects of trauma, you don’t have to carry it alone.

If you’ve ever found yourself unsure where to turn, or wondering if anyone could truly understand what you're going through—this space was created with you in mind.

Hope Hill invites you into a structured, peer-led support group for women—a space for honest conversation, deep listening, and meaningful connection with others who do understand, because they are walking the path to understanding and healing too.

What to expect:

  • A brief opening reflection led by Hope to help ground the group
  • Sharing (optiona)—there’s never any pressure to speak

This is not therapy. It’s a consistent, supportive space created by Hope  for women to connect through shared experience—without needing to explain everything.

This space is for:

  • Women healing from trauma (including SA or DV)
  • Women living with invisible chronic illness caused by tramua such as PTSD, TBI, or Auto-immune disorders
  • Mothers and caregivers supporting loved ones managing life after trauma.

Why attend:

  • Feel less alone
  • Be heard without over-explaining
  • Build real connection with women who truly “get it”

Join Hope Hill and a community of women walking similar paths.

Come as you are. You’re welcome to listen, to share, or simply to be present.

A Simple Way to Fund Real Hope

The Power of 100 is built on a simple idea—
10 people invite 10 people, and together, we create access to care.

This is a casual gathering where people come together to support individuals in their community who are healing from trauma and living with invisible chronic illness.

Not all illnesses are visible—but they are real.
Healing requires care that addresses both mental and physical health.

They are doing the work to heal.

We make sure they’re not doing it alone.

When 100 people give, care that once felt out of reach becomes possible.

Through the R.A.R.E. Fund, every contribution helps cover medical and mental health services not paid for by insurance—removing barriers and supporting long-term independence.

How It Works

  • 10 people commit to host, attend, and give
  • Each person invites 10 others to attend and give
  • We gather in a relaxed setting (bar, restaurant, or community space)
  • When 100 people give, care that once felt out of reach becomes possible
  • 100% of funds go directly to the R.A.R.E. Fund

Donate now

The R.A.R.E. Fund provides annual grants to trusted providers of medical and mental health services. These grants are used to cover care that insurance does not pay for—ensuring women who have experienced trauma and are living with chronic illness can access the full spectrum of treatment they need to heal.

Each grant supports multiple treatment sessions and providers report back return on investment.

Instead of giving funds directly to individuals, we fund providers.

That means:

  • Women receive care without added financial burden
  • Care stays consistent, coordinated, and focused on finding a cure
