R.A.R.E. Support Network
“An Invisible Network of Support for Women”
We support women managing life with chronic illness caused or worsened by trauma through the R.A.R.E. fund care and peer to peer support groups.
Women’s Peer to Peer Support Group
If you’re living with the effects of trauma or invisible chronic illness, you don’t have to carry it alone.
This is a structured, peer-led support group where women come together to speak honestly, listen without judgment, and support one another through shared experience.
What to Expect:
- A guided, small-group conversation
- A brief opening reflection to get started
- Optional sharing (no pressure to speak)
- A 7-minute share limit to ensure everyone has space
This is not therapy—it’s a consistent space to connect with women who understand what you’re going through.
Who It’s For:
- Women healing from trauma (including SA or DV)
- Women living with invisible chronic illness
- Mothers and caregivers supporting loved ones
Why Attend:
- Feel less alone
- Be heard without needing to explain everything
- Build real connection with women who “get it”
Join us. Come as you are. Listen or share—both are welcome.
